Mauro Mazza is Associate Professor of Comparative Public Law in the Department of Law of the University of Bergamo. Previously, he taught Public Law and Comparative Public Law at the Universities of Udine, Milan IULM, Milan Bocconi and Pavia. He has spent study periods at Institutes and Research Centers of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish Universities. He has written, among other things, Aurora borealis.
