Nils Arne Johnsen is the Director for Industry and Economic Development at Troms County Council, Tromsø, Norway. He is the former Arctic Market Director, Ramboll Group, and is the Founder of the High North Atlantic Business Alliance, an alliance of ports and coastal regions in Norway, Scotland, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, Atlantic Canada and Maine. He also has several years of management experience from the transport authorities in Arctic Norway.
