PRPI Fellow Barbora Padrtova was invited to give a talk about “Arctic Security Dynamics – Interaction between Russia and the West” at the Austrian Polar Research Institute (APRI) Annual Meeting in Vienna. On this occasion, she also talked about the Arctic Analysis (Research Report) she has prepared with her team at the request of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
