Celma Regina Hellebust is a member of the PRPI – BRICS Engagement Forum Steering Committee.
Ms Hellebust holds a Bachelor in Law (1989 Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Master in Societal Safety (2008 University of Stavanger, Stavanger, Norway). She has extensive experience in execution of legal services both in Norway and Brazil. She is a Member of the Brazilian and Norwegian Bar Association. She is the author of a comparative study of the Brazilian and Norwegian Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations for the petroleum industry. She wrote three articles regarding the comparison of the Brazilian and Norwegian HSE regulations for the petroleum industry. She is now focusing on how the experiences of Norwegian petroleum industry and its experience in the Arctic region may be of Brazilian interest.
