On 25 January 2017, Dr Dwayne Menezes, Director of Polar Research and Policy Initiative, gave oral evidence to the Scottish Affairs Committee’s inquiry into Scotland and the High North.
He appeared alongside Professor Rachael Lorna Johnstone and Rod Downie of WWF–UK. The session examined Scotland’s Arctic interests, governance and opportunities for closer engagement with northern partners.
