Dwayne Menezes participated in an Arctic roundtable at Europa House organised by the EU Delegation to the United Kingdom. Jyrki Katainen was Finland’s Prime Minister from 2011–2014 and served as European Commission Special Adviser for EU-Arctic Relations at the time.
