Dr Dwayne Ryan Menezes represented Polar Research and Policy Initiative at CEILA’s workshop on Arctic cooperation on 12 October 2018. His contribution to the Arctic Council panel considered the Council’s contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals, drawing on PRPI’s SDGs in the Arctic work.
The panel was moderated by Professor Stefania Negri, with contributions from Professor Timo Koivurova on Finland’s chairmanship and Professor Panos Merkouris on the Council’s future. The wider workshop was organised by Professor Malgosia Fitzmaurice, Professor Timo Koivurova and Dr Leena Heinämäki.
