David Roddick serves as a Contributor at Polar Research and Policy Initiative. He is an independent researcher and consultant on community development, public policy and international relations. He holds MA degrees in Canadian Studies and Anthropology (Carleton University, Ottawa), a graduate Diploma in Public Sector Management (University of Victoria) and a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (British Columbia Justice Institute). He has lived and worked in the Yukon Territory, Canada, for twenty-five years. He now lives in Toronto.
